About These Terms
By creating an account on joya app or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions below. Please read them in full before you start using the platform.
1. General Terms
Joya app is an online entertainment platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. Access and use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is prohibited. Information provided during account registration must be accurate and up to date. joya app reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information.
2. Account & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorization, notify us immediately. joya app will not be held responsible for any failure to maintain account security on your part.
- Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
- Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.
- You may be asked to submit identification documents for account verification.
3. Payment & Withdrawal
Deposits and withdrawals on joya app are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Local payment methods such as bKash and Nagad are supported. Withdrawal requests may take some time to process and may require verification.
- Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary according to the rules set on the platform.
- The right to temporarily suspend transactions during investigation of suspicious activity is reserved.
4. Responsible Gaming & Restrictions
